Digital Pro Lab (Photo Express)

This is the BEST place to get your disposable camera developed and scanned. I’ve been to multiple different photo labs, and Digital Pro Lab produces the best quality pictures BY FAR. I live in Austin, and I’ll go months without getting my cameras developed because I wait to get them scanned here. Make sure you pay for the scan quality upgrade when dropping the cameras off.

Probably the best place to get your photos printed ! Way better than getting your pictures developed at Walmart. All the employees are very friendly, and helpful here. Especially the manager Ray he really is the best ! He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to help me figure out my issue with my photo I was trying to print. I couldn’t thank him enough for what he did for me. He even helped me learned some new things when it comes to image sizing in photoshop,and how to enhance my image resolution.

I had 8 rolls of 35mm undeveloped film, which I wish to discover if they were still in good shape. I discovered the canisters in Dec 2022 and do not know how long they had been sitting undeveloped. I took the to Digital Pro and the sales person advised the film may be developed as early as Mon, 18 Sept or Wed 20 Sept. About two hours later, I received a text that the film had been developed. As I was still in the San Antonio area, I returned to Digital Pro Lab and they were developed. One roll was almost totally blank, so it was discarded; however, 7 rolls had pictures that could be seen and published. I was advised, due to the age, the color may not be as bright; but just being able to get the film developed was a great thing. I was advised the pictures could be done, again by Mon, Sept 18 or Wed 20 Sept. The lab develops there and depending on workload can have them done the same day. Great business, really good sales people and I am VERY satisfied with their help.

This is actually premature since I haven't received my film back yet. I found some 110 film, three rolls, and was curious what was on them. Im not even sure where they came from... I went somewhere else and they wanted $300... $100 for each roll because they said they send them out LOL I laughed cuz I said to where, Alaska on a mule with a private carrier? They were at least kind enough to refer me to Digital Prolab, where I'm getting each roll done for $8.95 each. BIG difference... From the moment when I called and talked to Brittany she was so friendly and so nice and answered all my questions so I knew I wanted to give them a try ... and then when I got there, Santiago helped me with the film order... again very helpful very friendly... recommend them highly... I was told that they would let me know when the film was developed... I dropped it off early afternoon and before they closed I got an email that said your order is ready so I look forward to picking that up tomorrow I ... will definitely bring more work to them not only because of the photos that I saw on the wall.. they did some incredible work... but also because it sure is nice to find some place that still makes service an important part of the transaction! UPDATE... so I followed up and went to go check on the film today and there was nothing Exposed on any one of the roles ... there were three rolls... so this was kind of sad because I was hoping to find some kind of old memories on there but it is what it is.... Angela was the young lady that waited on me, I believe that's her name, was just as friendly as the others it's like they take a class in customer service and and it's contagious and they are all really wonderful.. couldn't be happier... I'll definitely be bringing more business back and letting everybody I know because almost everybody I know says the same thing when I mentioned this place.. there's a place in town that develops 110 & 35 rolls, and sells them as well! I'm glad to know I finally wasn't the last person to know about something LOL

I have been going to DPL since 2013 and I rave about them every time I get something done. I had started studying photography at SAC back in ‘13. I was taught how to develop film, process and enlarge prints, all hands on. It made me appreciate the quality of work DPL produces at such volume even more. I then started working as a photographer for a studio, and we trusted DPL with major projects.
